What is your typical booking window?
Dean's calendar typically fills 3-6 months in advance. For keynotes and workshops, we recommend reaching out 6+ months before your target date. Coaching clients can often start sooner.
Do you offer virtual engagements?
Yes. We offer keynotes, workshops, and coaching both in-person and virtually. Virtual options are ideal for distributed teams or when travel isn't feasible.
How do you customize presentations?
Every keynote and workshop is tailored to your organization's specific leadership challenges. Dean works closely with your planning team to ensure the content, examples, and exercises directly address your priorities.

Dean's deepest experience is in healthcare: thirteen years inside the industry and one-on-one coaching with physicians across the country. He has also led leadership development for teams at AstraZeneca and Boehringer Ingelheim, and works with leaders in financial services, non-profit, and corporate organizations. The framework itself is industry-neutral, and every engagement is tailored to your context.
Can you work with our internal facilitator?
Yes — we co-design and co-facilitate with your internal leaders, so the language takes root inside your organization rather than leaving with the engagement. Independent internal delivery is a separate step: it requires formal facilitator certification, which we scope on its own once the foundation is in place.
What's the investment range?
Keynote fees are published on the Meeting Planners page: $15,000 live, $10,000 virtual, and $24,500 for the E.D.G.E. Intensive, plus travel. Workshops, coaching, and organizational partnerships are scoped to the work, so those we'll size together on a first call.
